What if my ELISA, HA or IFA test has no reaction?

Before beginning the test, read the insert and follow the procedures. Understand what dilution the controls, calibrators/reference and samples should be used or if the controls and calibrators/reference need to be diluted. Always apply positive control, negative control and calibrators/reference in each test.

In the IFA testing, can the Powdered Phosphate Buffer and Glycerol be interchangeable between different slides and lots?

Yes. This is stated in the package insert.
